Introducing RxFlow: digital prescriptions for the clinics that need them most

RxFlow is a prescription and clinic management platform from Teqid, built for small and mid-sized clinics in Tamil Nadu's smaller cities. It connects reception, doctor, pharmacy and patient in one simple workflow. It is in development, and the waitlist is open.

Walk into almost any small clinic in a Tier-2 or Tier-3 town and the workflow looks the same. A receptionist writes a name in a register. A doctor writes a prescription by hand. A patient carries a slip to a pharmacy and hopes it can be read. It works, because doctors and staff make it work. But it is slow, hard to look back on, and easy to get wrong.

Most digital systems built for clinics assume the opposite: a large team, a reliable connection and weeks of training. That is why many small clinics never moved. We are building RxFlow for them.

What RxFlow is

RxFlow is a cloud-based platform that connects the people in a clinic visit: reception, doctor, pharmacy and patient. It replaces the handwritten prescription with a faster, simpler, connected workflow, without asking the doctor to change how they practise.

How a visit works

1. Reception. Registers the patient, brings up previous records and assigns a consultation token.

2. The doctor. Calls the next patient, reviews history and writes the prescription on one screen.

3. Smart prescribing. Suggests medicine names as the doctor types, remembers frequently used drugs and offers reusable templates.

4. The pharmacy. When the patient consents, receives the approved prescription, verifies the medicines and records dispensing.

5. The patient. Gets a printed prescription, a secure digital copy, or both, with instructions in Tamil or English.

Built for small-clinic reality

Simple by design. Minimal training, so a front desk can be productive quickly.

Tamil and English. Bilingual screens and patient instructions that are easy to follow.

Works through outages. Essential tasks continue when the internet drops and sync securely afterwards.

Indian medicine database. Search by brand or generic name, with autocomplete and doctor favourites.

Safety checks, doctor in control. Allergy and interaction alerts use validated data, and the doctor always makes the final prescribing decision.

ABHA-ready. Link ABHA accounts and retrieve available records through consent-based ABDM workflows.

Where we are starting

We are launching first in Tamil Nadu, beginning with Coimbatore, Pollachi, Salem, Erode, Madurai and Tiruchirappalli, working with independent doctors, specialty clinics and small hospitals.

What comes next

Prescriptions and clinic workflow come first. After that we plan to add pharmacy management, appointment scheduling and follow-up automation, deeper ABDM interoperability and clinician-reviewed AI documentation. The goal is an affordable, integrated system that small clinics can actually adopt.

Join the waitlist

RxFlow is still in development, and features and availability may change before launch. If you run a clinic and want early access, join the waitlist on our RxFlow page and tell us how your clinic works today. We are building this around real clinics, so your input will shape it.
