    • We require a 50% advance payment of the total project value at the commencement of the project. This advance secures our resources and effort allocation for your project.
  2. Non-Refundable Clause

    • The 50% advance payment is non-refundable if the project is discontinued, delayed, or canceled by the client at any stage after the commencement of the project.
  3. Project Completion

    • The remaining 50% payment is due upon project completion, before the delivery of final files or live deployment of the website or app.
  4. Refund Eligibility

    • In the rare case where Teqid Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables or discontinues the project without valid cause, a proportional refund may be considered based on the completed scope of work.
  5. Project Scope Changes

    • Any changes to the initial project scope that result in additional costs will be communicated clearly and require client approval. Payments for these changes are not refundable once the work has begun.
